The Insider’s Weekend Guide to Naples

You've got 48 hours in Naples...what do you do?

48 hours is not a lot of time to spend in paradise, so we've narrowed down the best of the best that Naples has to offer so that you don't have to waste any time enjoying this beautiful city.

Friday Night

If you're flying into Naples after a long work week, we suggest heading to downtown Naples for a nice dinner and a walk along the beach. While there are quite a few amazing restaurants along beautiful Fifth Avenue, we recommend Sails Restaurant for seafood, Caffé Milano for Italian or Sushi Thai Too for sushi. Fifth Avenue dead-ends at the beach so if you're up for the walk; you can wander past the beautiful homes en route or, you can drive and park- just don't forget to pay the couple bucks for parking!

Saturday Morning

Head downtown Naples and grab an Açaí Bowl from Delicious Raw. It's connected to The Cafe so you can sit at one of their sidewalk tables which gives you a beautiful view of the famous Fifth Avenue. Afterward, you can take a stroll down Fifth Avenue.

Saturday Afternoon

Rent a kayak or paddleboard and explore Naples from the water. You can launch from the BEACH, or if you want a more calm adventure, you can launch from the BAY. Either way, you're sure to have fun, take some great photos, and experience Naples in a unique way!

Saturday Evening

Head to the Mercato for happy hour, dinner and a little nightlife. For every happy hour offered in the Mercato (complete with all the details), click here.

For dinner, we recommend AZN (though their happy hour is fantastic), Bravo, or Burntwood Tavern. If you're reading this after November 2018, head to The Hampton Social or Rocco's Taco & Tequila Bar. For nightlife, head to Burn by Rocky Patel to enjoy a cigar by Rocky himself or, if you're not into cigars, head to Cavo for a more club-like vibe. Hungry after all of this? Rocco's Taco & Tequila Bar's kitchen is open late.

Sunday Morning

Head to brunch to shake off last night's festivities. If you want to brunch downtown, we recommend The Bevy (classic brunch), 7th Avenue Social (southern), or The Claw Bar (seafood). If you want to brunch at the Mercato, we recommend The Pub for a true British brunch or Wine Loft for their Champagne Jazz Brunch complete with live music.

Sunday Afternoon

If you're not heading home quite yet, take a cruise through Port Royal near downtown Naples to see some stunner homes that line the beaches. Or, take a drive to Marco Island and tour this internationally visited vacation spot.

Well, we hope you enjoyed your stay in paradise and we hope that we'll see you again soon!

Cheers!
