We’ve all tried to capture the perfect photo from the window as the plane is beginning the descent into Naples but often times it fails to capture the true beauty of what makes Naples a true paradise. We partnered with Elite Jets to learn about their new Elite Helicopters Bell 407 and their tours that give you the chance to see Naples as you’ve never seen before!
Helicopter Tours of Naples
So what does a tour from the air of Naples entail? Gustavo, a member of the Elite Jets’ team, shared with us the most commonly booked tours however Elite Jets offers customizable tours as well! On the one hour tour, you take off from Naples Airport and head along the coast all the way to Sanibel Island. From there, you are choppered back down the coast to Marco Island, circle the Everglades, and then head back to Naples.
Can you really take good photos and videos from the helicopter?
YES, and we have the proof! This video was taken by Gustavo as they were approaching Useppa Island, a private island off the coast of Florida.
What is Useppa Island?
Useppa Island is a private island that requires membership for those that visit. Thankfully, Elite Jets has a membership that can be used by clients meaning that you can helicopter to the island for an afternoon, a day, or even a weekend. This exclusive island will make you feel like you’ve gone off the grid as it is only accessible by air and by water. We can’t wait to plan our first trip to Useppa Island now that we have access with Elite Jets!
